Tips & Tricks
Do a patch test
We always recommend applying a small piece of tape to the skin before using the tape. Gently remove the tape after 24 hours. This way you can see how your skin reacts to the tape and adhesive. If your skin becomes irritated or red, discontinue use.
Start with clean and dry skin
Start with clean, dry skin. This will help the tape to adhere properly and prevent irritation or discomfort.
Use nipple covers
The tape comes with nipple covers. Use the nipple covers prior to applying the boob tape. If you run out of nipple covers, you can also fold a piece of tape in half as an alternative to the nipple covers. We also have reusable silicone nipple covers in store!
Use oil to remove
If the tape feels uncomfortable or irritating, try using Inodes boob tape removal oil to gently loosen the adhesive and make it easier to remove.
Apply the tape in a diagonal direction
Apply the tape in a diagonal direction, pulling it gently but firmly to create lift and support.
